Daniel has created custom audio content for London based Kitchen Theory, an experimental gastronomy design studio founded by experimental chef Jozef Youssef.

Based on research, Daniel composed original works designed to immerse guests in their dining experience including sound design vignettes, and an original composition used to enhance the crunchiness of a Jellyfish course.
